1. gimana caranya supaya kita tetep fokus pd apa yang sedang kita kerjakan saat ini?
2. gimana caranya kita bisa yakin bahwa yang kita kerjakan saat ini adalah sesuatu hal yang bisa bikin kita bangga untuk nantinya?
3. gimana caranya kita untuk yakin pada pikiran yang kita pikirkan saat pikiran yang tidak meyakinkan pd diri kita datang?


dan gimana caranya supaya kita yakin dengan apa yang kita katakan itu adalah benar?
